Returns

- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Refunds
- If your return is approved, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Customers must provide clear images of the issue before an exchange is approved.
